Weddings, reunions, and celebrations are better for everyone when the youngest guests are happily cared for. Independent caregivers may offer childcare at the ceremony or reception, group care at events with staffing agreed in advance, or a helping presence so parents can take part in the day.
How event childcare works
Each caregiver selects the event services they personally offer — wedding ceremony childcare, reception care, or group childcare for larger gatherings. For events with many children, discuss how many children each caregiver can supervise and whether additional caregivers will join. NannyServices.us is a referral directory, so you interview caregivers, agree on hours and rates, and arrange care directly.
Booking care for your celebration
Reach out well before the event date. Share the venue, the schedule, the number and ages of children, and any allergies or special needs, and ask how the caregiver plans activities, meals, and quiet time during a long day. Group childcare at an event requires staffing agreed in advance between you and the caregiver.
