NannyServices.us operates an online referral directory that helps families discover independent childcare providers. NannyServices.us is not an employment agency and does not employ, supervise, or place caregivers.
2. Directory notice
NannyServices.us is a directory that helps families connect with independent childcare providers. Caregivers create and manage their own listings. Unless a profile expressly states that a particular credential or check was verified by NannyServices.us, profile information is self-reported and has not been independently verified by us. Before hiring anyone, families should interview the caregiver, contact references, confirm qualifications and availability, and arrange any background checks they consider appropriate. Families and caregivers make their own arrangements for childcare services.
3. Caregiver accounts and listings
Caregivers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and for keeping them current. Registration and profile drafting are free. A public listing costs $200 per year for one profile and is published only after administrative review, confirmed payment, and publication approval. Listings expire after 12 months unless renewed. 4. Verification labels
Profile information is self-reported unless a profile expressly states that a specific credential or check was verified by NannyServices.us, along with the scope of that verification.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not post false, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content, misuse contact information, send spam, or use the site to harass anyone. We may remove listings or accounts that violate these terms.
6. Arrangements between users
Families and caregivers make their own arrangements for childcare services, including scheduling, pay, and any agreements between them.
7. Reporting concerns
Anyone may report a concerning listing using the link on each profile or through our contact page. We review reports and may take action at our discretion.
8. Changes to these terms
