Information caregivers provide
Name, display name, location, contact details, profile content, photos, credentials, and up to five references. Caregivers choose whether their email and phone number appear publicly.
References
Reference names and phone numbers are private. They are visible only to the caregiver and authorized NannyServices.us administrators, are never shown on public pages or in search, and are not contacted automatically.
Information families provide
When a family uses a contact form, we collect their name, email, optional phone number, and message, and forward it to the caregiver they chose. Messages are stored so the caregiver and administrators can view them.
How we use information
To operate the directory, review listings, process listing payments through our payment provider, send service emails (such as review updates, invoices, and renewal reminders), respond to inquiries, and address reports.
Payments
Listing payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. [Provider name to be added once connected.]
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email, payments) and when required by law.
Your choices
Caregivers can edit their profile at any time and may request deletion of their account by contacting us.
